Nice room but no service

The room was what we expected from Comfort Suites, nice and clean. But we had trouble with the TV acting up and let the front desk know. The lady said to turn it off and back on again. I was insulted. Then they said they would look into it. They did nothing, we continued to have problems. Asked two more times about getting it replaced, no response. We returned to our room one night to find NO towels. Asked the front desk to bring some up and went back out. Came back later to find Still no towels. Called the front desk, she said give her 5 minutes.....1/2 hour later we finally got towels. If you don't run into any problems, this hotel is great. Just don't expect any service. BTW, fitness room is a treadmill and bike.

I'm a simple country girl and was not sure what to expect from a hotel in chesapeake. I was more than pleased with the room (the balcony was a plus). The service people were very friendly. Breakfast was quite satisfying for a lack of cooking area.
